Founder Bio

Passionate about marketing and helping businesses grow, Jennifer started her professional career in 1993 as a corporate planner. Since most organizations were not yet aware of the power of the Internet, she worked closely with sales managers and teams and taught them how the web could be leveraged to increase visibility and generate increased business. Focusing on flexibility and expansion, Jennifer has helped over 40 businesses extend their brand and customer service worldwide but has also coached managers on developing seamless strategies for the growth and protection of their online reputation. As someone who thrives on challenges, she makes it a point to understand the goals and objectives of each business or brand and follow a result-oriented approach to get the job done no matter what it takes.

Constantly on the lookout for opportunities that would help Jennifer grow and become better at her work, she also managed to help plan signature client based events as a lead planner for Super Bowl, NASCAR, and Masters Golf Tournaments.

 

Jennifer was Marketing Communications Director at an independent insurance agency, with the responsibility for marketing strategies and external communications. She embraced the role with reintroducing a brand in existence since 1940’s. She is hardcore about quality, customer service and brand marketing. In doing so, she continuously monitored marketing trends and kept a close eye on competition in the marketplace, ensuring that their products and services resonate with current and potential customers.

 

Prior to that, Jennifer was Chief Marketer and Sales Planner at Level Rite Concrete with the responsibility of launching a new brand and an innovative solution to The Region to level uneven concrete. A Level Rite Concrete effort involved a partnership with condo associations to bring Level Rite Concrete’s core services to the complex. This resulted in additional revenue and corrected sidewalks to fix tripping hazards. Along with securing municipal work to save Towns money in fixing sidewalks (instead of replacing) in school zones.

 

Jennifer’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive, and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that can expand the company reach. She supports company objectives through expert planning, negotiations, and flawless execution. As an advocate of education and helping in any way possible, Jennifer was a Certified Mentor with SCORE | NW Indiana 2015 - 2021 which is focused on mentoring small businesses in marketing. She is also a repeat entrepreneur presenter at the “1 Million Cups” program which is designed to help small businesses launch and accelerate in the corporate stratosphere, Jennifer has also been a  marketing consultant for the Indiana Small Business Development Center helping small businesses with their marketing.

Among her personal attributes, she is responsible, positive in outlook, committed to excellence, personally magnetic AND super passionate about marketing!

Her efforts as a leader, teacher, activist, and innovator were recognized by Facebook, and Jennifer was handpicked to visit their headquarters to review product innovation and talk about growth within community (online and offline) with other worldwide leaders. As someone with a proven track record with community involvement and steering businesses towards growth, Jennifer collaborated about building meaningful connections and communities centered on common goals and objectives. Her experience as an educator and trendsetter also put her in a position to speak about building a brand’s reputation both online and offline to various groups.

Jennifer is an active member of a local chapter of Lions Club International and 2021 winner for Influential Women of the Year in Marketing/Media for Northwest Indiana Influential Women Association! She is active in several Facebook super user community groups! In her spare time she enjoys reading, huge fan of cooking and loves to go camping!
