Post At A Comfortable Rate

I know what you are thinking. I feel it too! It gets frustrating visiting one of your favorite blogs or Facebook pages and seeing it hasn't been updated in a while. This means you should post often at a comfortable rate.

If you have to, you can always write all your content ahead of time and schedule your posts so you don't leave your audience hanging. I do that. But I am pretty methodical with my content calendar.

Posting regularly on social media is a great practice. This can help grab the attention of your followers and target consumers. However, the frequency of posting content is equally important. Post too rarely and your audience might start losing interest thinking that your profile isn’t active enough. Post too often and they might feel like you’re spamming them.

Find the perfect balance and then post consistently.
